GFL manufacturing operations comprise three manufacturing facilities in India and a captive Fluorspar mine in Morocco.
Our Dahej manufacturing site operates two complexes.
Commissioned in 2007, Dahej A site is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified, vertically-integrated Fluoropolymers and Chemicals manufacturing unit. The facility is strategically located at PCPIR (Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region), Dahej, Gujarat, India. Dahej A facility manufactures Fluoropolymers (PTFE, PFA, FEP, FKM, Fluoropolymer Additives and PVDF), Chloralkalis and Chloromethanes.
Established in 2019, Dahej B complex is a new facility for further expansion of Fluoroploymers and Fluoroelastomers.
Started in 1989, Ranjitnagar site is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified facility manufacturing Fluorospecialities and Refrigerants. The site has four multi-purpose plants and is well equipped to handle diverse chemistry for Fluorospeciality products in pharmaceutical and agrochemical industry globally. The site is self-sufficient with R&D, process scale-up and technology transfer capabilities.
GFL GM Fluorspar SA is a strategic JV promoted by INOX group for fluorspar mining and beneficiation. The site offers great geographic advantage with Nador seaport being just 95 kms away in the Mediterranean and is close to potential Europe markets.
